Cancellation and Refund Policy

Motos Xperience takes pride in the events and tours that it curates and schedules. To that end, each event has fees that must be paid by the Company prior to the date of the actual event in order to provide the best experience to our Riders. In doing so, we have developed this Cancellation and Refund Policy in order to provide our Riders with the best experience possible while also taking the financial commitments Company must make in advance into account.

To that end, if a Rider wishes to amend or cancel his/her booking for any reason including accident, injury, illness, death, or any other personal reason including non-payment of the balance payment, MOTOS XPERIENCE INC. (the “Company”) is entitled to recover cancellation charges from the Rider prior to the refund of any fees paid by the Rider. In addition, the cancellation of a reservation by a Rider may result in the Rider forfeiting a portion of the Total Price paid to the Company, depending upon the timing of the cancellation. All cancellations and amendments must be communicated in writing to experience@motosamerica.com and will be considered received by the Company as of the first business day after the date of the email. Cancellation fees will be levied as follows against the Rider, as of the date when the cancellation is received by the Company.

International Tours:

Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • More than 90 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • 90-60 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • Less than 60 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

Fees Charged Upon Cancellation

  • 20% of the Total Price PLUS a US$100 processing fee will be collected before refund

  • 50% of the Total Price PLUS a US$100 processing fee will be collected before refund

  • 100% of the Total Price will be collected and no refund provided

Domestic (U.S) Tours, BMW Performance Center, Barber Track Day, and Similar Events:

Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • More than 90 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • 90-60 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

  • Less than 60 Days Prior to Trip Departure Date

Fees Charged Upon Cancellation

  • 20% of the Total Price PLUS a US$100 processing fee will be collected before refund

  • 50% of the Total Price PLUS a US$100 processing fee will be collected before refund

  • 100% of the Total Price will be collected and no refund provided

  • There will be NO refund for NO SHOWS and the Company is entitled to charge and keep 100% of the Total Price.

  • The foregoing cancellation charges are applicable only against the parts of the tour operated or provided by the Company. Any other services which are not provided by the Company, such as air / train tickets or any third party product, are subject to any and all cancellation charges as per the cancellation terms of respective third-party. Further, any services that are not booked by or provided by the Company are not the responsibility of the Company (i.e. rider-booked travel, etc.).

  • Should the Company have to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as political dangers (war), natural disasters (floods, earthquakes etc), global pandemics (corona), all fees paid will be refunded.

  • The Company reserves the right to consider specific issues on a case-by-case basis when circumstances beyond either the client’s or Company’s control arise, or to align with local, state, federal or international laws and regulations applicable. In such event, the Company may revise or amend the foregoing cancellation and refund policy accordingly either to a single Rider or for an entire event.
